Hi all,
A big thank you to each of you for volunteering to speak for LPAI to our community, and thank you as well to Wendy for agreeing to help shape the message.
Here are a few things I've put together to help kickstart some thoughts:

Our potential audience(s):
*City officials & leaders
*Donors
*Business community
*Our own groups' membership & audiences
Length should be kept down to no more than necessary - but no less. We may need more than one version for different purposes & lengths.
It would be great to take the message and a version of the presentation, make it into a narrated video, and spread it around online.
When we have the presentation ready, it would be helpful to gather for a speakers' rehearsal. Better to practice where it doesn't matter than in front of a live audience!
